Automate your Invoice Workflow
Prio sets a rhythm of sending invoices with the least work possible. Configure when and how you want to send your invoices, then drafts are automatically generated on schedule for your approval.
Create a Client and Project
This includes the client's name and contact information. You can skip this step for internal projects.
Set how often an invoice is sent, the payment period, who the invoice will be sent to and the default rate.
Organize client work by projects and categories. Add workers to this project, and specify paid and billable rates.
Enter time spent on activities
Time can be recorded straight to a project, or with a task description. Switch between Day and Week view.
The play button starts a timer for that project/task, and the input field let's you edit the value directly.
A worker can have different rates on a project under different roles. Select the role in the task form to choose.
Approve your invoice
When a client is selected, the invoice prepopulates with dates and time entries for those dates.
Any information on the invoice can be edited, and additional line items can be added.
Once everything looks perfect, add a message and send to the client recipient email addresses.
